Big Easy & ATL: Delta and Weather Troubles to Start

Trip Index Well, here is the downside to getting amazing deals on Priceline; they are non-refundable. That is a potential risk you take by using this sytem. Tropical Storm Lee made that very apparent. With strong winds, neverending rain, and spotty power outages, the weather was looking horrible for the weekend.
